When I play any tripwire game for a while (RS2, RS1, RO2) then my keyboard suddenly changes the nationality, for example a becomes q, z becomes w, m becomes ;, etc. It changes not only in the game but also when I stopped playing, so far I only managed to fix it by restarting the PC but when I start playing a tripwire game again for a while, then it changes again.

I had this problem with Red Orchestra 2, it swapped my sprint key shift to my z key which made me spot things when I wanted to sprint. It had to do with shift key being pressed. Solution was to disable some settings in ease of access related to the keyboard that caused this.

You have lot of threads here explaining why it does that, and how to fix that, I personally wrote a tutorial if I remember well, to fix this behavior. I will not give you the link as the search engine on this forum is ****ed up and can't find ****! But you know.. google is your friend.
Basically, change your keyboard shortcuts used to switch lang, or disable completely these shortcuts, or remove all keyboard layouts you don't use
