Black box ground texture

I always get this weird looking black box texture on the ground where something explodes. For example an RPG blast, or helicopter rockets, or artillery...

Its called a decal by the way. I've had it happen to me with Napalm many times.

Have you always had this or is this a recent thing?

I've had a few missing textures black or white more often with the new rendering system

I had the red texture glitch too but that was a while ago before the patches

edit: i have attached a "bugit" report with a screenshot, the location in the map is irrelevant i think as it happens randomly on any map.
I've also noticed i get more texture flickering to white since I've set the new rendering system on and the game freezes more (frame rate drops).
As for my system it's a Dell XPS 15 9560:
Processor:Intel Core i5-7300HQ 2.5 GHz

Graphics adapter: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (notebook) - 4096 MB, Core: 1354 MHz, Memory: 7008 MHz, GDDR5, 373.06, Optimus

The black squares happen with a certain blood decal (when people explode into a million bits) and when you have instanced rendering turned on.

I also get the decal animation for when you shoot water, it appears on other surfaces when i shoot them.
Here's some specs, i5 3.4ghz cpu, r9 290 gpu, 8gb ddr3 ram.

if you think because you posted your computer specs once in a thread, devs will not require you to do it again....you're wrong, devs will not say "ho look this is Kaleun, his computer specs are ....., I know it because he posted it once in a thread"
