Cyrillic script (chat problem)

I'am playing on English version(i mean English language in steam settings of RS2) , but I can't read messages on Cyrillic script in chat it shows me only these: "iiiiii'. Latin script working fine btw.Can you fix this pls so i can read others messages in chat correctly, thank's for help.

I knew how to make direct link, i just wanted to add the image with link system or image download through web site, but anyway this link seems fine .
