Stuck on Splash Screen

RS2 launches fine but gets stuck at splash screen. Play Online, Settings, all clickable options on splash screen do nothing. Performance monitor does show it sucking no resources and all indications are that its operational. Uninstall, reinstall, cache integrity checked. No love. Was fine last night. Any thoughts?

Update: checked log and its showing
