As per the title, there is an issue with the SKS relating to it's reload and inability to aim down sights. Here's how to repeat it:
1. Reload the SKS (either empty or 1 shot, makes no difference)
2. While the reload animation is happening, press your aim down sights button (default RMB)
3. After the animation for reloading the SKS is complete, you will not be able to use the iron sights for the same time as the reload animation
4. After a small amount of time (2-3 seconds) the SKS can now be aimed with
I am running default controls and options, nothing other than FOV and graphics have been changed.
It is very easily repeatable and happens on every map.
