Red screen on return to combat area wouldnt dissapear. Dissaperaed when I died.

As the title states. Huey dropped us in the river East of A in Song bae. We were too far east tho and had to run back to the combat area. When I got to A the red screen filter still wouldn't disappear. Pic related, me at A in the tunnels with the filter on.

This was happening to ro2/rs too but it was rare and i believe is the same case for rs2
