I recently experienced a bug while playing as the US Forces. If you die while attempting to exit the Helicopter (there is a black screen where you transition onto the ground), the screen will stay black, even after you respawn. You can still see the game going on by pausing, or by opening the map, however you more or less cannot play normally. A reconnect to the server, however, will fix the problem.
