Had my first server crash, so I don't know if its a common occurrence or not. Server was full 64/64 and a few minutes into VNSU-AnLaoValley.
Its a Intel Xeon E5-2667v2 (Ivy Bridge-E 3.3ghz) rented from NFO.servers. The server has been performing flawlessly.

Here is a link to the .dmp file https://www.dropbox.com/s/ye6yylvq0sb5qtn/unreal-v7258-2017.06.08-02.11.10.dmp?dl=0

and the log file at the time of the crash. https://www.dropbox.com/s/h4btvsq1rmf6ba4/server-backup-2017.06.08-16.27.23.log?dl=0

If the devs are interested.....

I host two RS2 servers (i7-4770K @4.3GHz, Windows 2012 R2), both are full 10-14 hours every day since launch. So far, one crash, similar to crash Floyd reported.

I have had the exact same issue, our server is a VDS...

Six core
  • Access to six HT CPU cores (Intel Sandy Bridge or better)
  • 6144 MB of RAM
  • 600 GB of RAID-protected storage
  • 36000 GB of bandwidth transfer
  • +2 gigs of RAM on top of all that
The company we buy the VDS from is NFO and they said over multiple support tickets and from the graph I am going to show in a picture in the attachments that the server maxes out 100% a single core.
Also the server logs are in the attachments also. I couldn't put the server_backup log into the attachments as it was too big, so I put it here: https://www.file-upload.com/9p88co1igmxb

I hope this helps resolve our server crashing, really sucks to have a full 64-man then it crash, killing our player base.

In that case, the CPU is not optimal for RS2 server. My guess is that it may be some lower frequency Xeon. While good for many things, not that good for RS2 (or RO2) server. Good cpus for RS2 server are cpus like i7-6700, i7-4790 etc, just to name a couple of them.

I was thinking that too, but it has crashed even where our server wasn't full - we still plan to upgrade to a nicer physical box.
