Need bigger score for destroying elicopters

Destroying a chopper is really damn hard, especially with an rpg. And it gives you FIVE points.
Considering the difficulty and the importance of taking down a chopper, I think they should be 50, at least.

Don't forget taking out AC-47s and F4s, you only get 5 pts for taking those out as well.

Considering normally you shoot like 200 rifle shots to take down one
or like 7 rockets to be able to hit it

I consider it necessary.

What about more sparsely populated ones? Loaches and Cobras have 2 max, not to mention how Hueys aren't always full.

Yeah, also that. Probably the commander using anti-air should take less points, however.
