I think they should add night maps with heavy rain, like in the jungle, they should also add like dirt and bruises/cuts to our characters if selected.

The former will be introduced with the Australian DLC, the latter is already ingame but it's bugged and is only applied to bots.

Flash lights and flares, night maps just get a treatment of high contrast and gamma anyways.

What I find funny for RS2, is that there isn't really a map which features heavy use of tunnels/foliage.

I wish there was a large variety of foliage, you can never get it as dense as you want it to be :^(
Also, tunnels are used less than you would expect by most.
