Name your Squads & have more accessible Chat system within squad

Wouldn't it be nice if each squad had a unique name rather than just Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, or Delta, etc? It would add more personalization to each squad.

Perhaps even allow the squad leader to chat with individual players in squad via a chat window if they're not steam friends yet. Having a key to speak with individual players in the squad would be nice.

A few notable situations where this is tactically helpful:
-A sniper covering their advancing squad
-Initiating suppressive fire to allow other players in squad to move up
-Calling out grenades (Also can players jump on grenades and absorb the blast unlike in RO2?)
-Requesting heavy weapons specialist (grenadier, Flamer or RPG) to clear out entrances or enemy pillboxes

Do you like any of these ideas? Pick your favorite.

One of the most surreal:
Company - A 326
(aka the Hue Hitters)
