Saigon needs lockdown disabled on the final capture point.

The new Saigon map is quite nice, but there are a few problems.

The last capzone is notoriously hard to take. This is not a problem since the huge ticket gap between attack/defender means that attackers must win the final cap by depleting reinforcements while defenders must win on the match time limit. On defender ticket depletion vs total match time limit, the map seems quite balanced so far with many close matches; however, lockdown on the last capzone throws a wrench into all of this.

I had a recent game where the North attacked Saigon and won decisively on all capzones but then an awkward moment happened where the final capzone was reached too fast. Lockdown came up and the defenders still had 350 tickets to deplete on this final death fortress. Needless to say, an attacking team is punished for doing too well on this map with an early blitz. Lockdown needs to be disabled for the final two caps.

One other small thing:

The right side entrance and its stairway is very difficult to enter. This is because the small mound here (circled in red) is out of bounds for the attackers but the defenders can still stand here and mow everyone down trying to go to the right side entrance. Furthermore the right side stairwell windows can be covered from this mound. With spawn-zone protection covering the defending team here, its impossible to clear them out to secure safe passage into the right side of the building.

Consider adjusting the spawn protection for this mound to be cleared out and then add some barricade near the defending spawn so they can't camped in spawn. Furthermore, barricade the windows on the backside of the right side stairwell so that MG's in the enemy spawn point can't mow everyone down trying to go up.
