Stuttering/Choppy on certain levels

I noticed on the Operation Forest map there is this stuttering I get. I did a few things that were suggested one being updating my drivers and it made a little bit of a difference but the problem is still kind of there. I also notice there is this white flashing on random object.

I do not have this issue on all maps tho, just a couple. I think it might be related with the Australian update not sure.

I added my DXDiag for specs, maybe it's the rig I'm using or the monitor. Any input is appreciated.

Same here, getting a lot of stuttering on the Operation Forrest Map.

I get some frame rate drop too on the new maps but also on older (hue), which had stable frame rates before the release.

I can confirm this. I'm wondering if it's a server thing
