You should be able to insert the disk and follow the disk installation process, once you have a key... I'll let Yoshi help out with that one.

We found out what happened - foul-up between us and the printers. If anyone else has the same issue with copies bought from Best Buy, please point them at this forum thread and have them contact Yoshiro, who will sort them out.

Steps you need to follow:

1) Send me a PM that you have a copy of the game with no key
2) Receive my reply to that PM with my email
3) Email me with the information I request here

Since some people seem to have missed me adding this to the first post. When you PM me and I give you my Email I need the following information:

Scan/picture of your Bestbuy receipt:

To use the steamID finder, put the URL for your community page into it. To get that, select community, from the home tab of community on the right there is a link to "view my profile". Once you have done so, copy the URL of the profile into the steam ID finder. My profile url for example is this: http://steamcommunity.com/id/Yoshiro

When that url is entered in the steam ID finder it gives my SteamID as: STEAM_0:1:151559

Hello, I know there's a bunch of ppl who bought this game from Best Buy (including me) without a cd key included in the package.
Please include me in any solution for this issue as I just opened the shrink wrap and only got the disk with no other content or key

Ok Since I am apparently going to have to jump through hoops to get this CD key, here is what Im going to do. I am going to take the game back. Im going to write a letter to bestbuy and Tripwire Headquarters expressing my Dissatisfaction and I will NEVER again buy anthing associated either with Steam or Tripwire again. I am a father, student and a cop I don't have much free time to play games I enjoy whats more I certainly do not have the time to play find the reciept and photo/scan it all then download it. I will chalk it up to a bad experience and bite the 10 dollar bullet.

Incidently Yoshi I do appreciate what you are trying to do, Its just not acceptable to leave it on you. There needs to be an easier solution that doesnt involve just you.
