Server help with custom maps

i uploaded RO-Orel to my server (clanwarz server)
i uploaded the following files
RO-Orel.rom
RO-Orel.rom.uz2

i added it to the ini file (server)

but it still will not show up in vote lists, nor can i chnge it to orel with any admin command

so plz what files am i missing or what have i not done

desperate for some guidance here

thanks in advance to anyone able to help us
