T-70 incredible *** broken

So how long has this tank been in the game?

Since the beginning this machine was bugged as ***!

3/4 times I get into the tank its ultimate speed is bugged to 10 km/h.

And everytime i try to aim higher than 15

Quite a shock. Can't say I've experienced anything remotely like this with any tank. I've used them all. The only thing that comes to mind is past behavior encountered with AMD GPU cards and AMD drivers. But I believe all that stuff was resolved quite awhile ago. This is not a code issue or there would be others having a similar response. I suspect drivers and/or hardware.

This is a common issue sajer. Tanks refusing to change from first gear. Not just limited to the T-70 however.

I have the texture bug too. IIRC it shows me the floor of the tank. So yeah, it is buggy as hell.
