Wierd graphic glitch in game

So I have played RO2 for 300 hours but I installed game again after a half year and now i have some strange bug but only when i am looking at water. Nowhere else, only wanter and only my hand and weapons. Like weapons have some kind of shadow. Look at pics if you watch closely you can see some kind of line around weapons.

I have deleted my Cimson drivers and instaled catalyst again but its not helping. My config is: AMD Phenom X3 720 OC 3.2ghz 4gb ddr3 ATI HD7770 1GB
I have two screens connected on gpu but play only on one, while other one is TV for movies.

I bet this is map glitch, not the game. I havent launch the game for a while but send screens of water from other maps.
