ok so I recently got a new hard drive after my other one crapped out, and its Windows 10, and ever since, Ive had extremely (like under 5) FPS on ALL my games, I've done all the troubleshooting, reinstalling Steam, setting the graphics to defaults, cleaning out my PC (the PC is actually brand new) all programs are closed ect. and nothing works...any ideas?

Memory: 8.00 gb RAM with (7.93 gb usable)

Current Resolution: 1920x1080, 60Hz

Driver Version: 359.06

OS: Windows 10 Pro

Power: 400 Watts (I believe, I cant see any markings, but thats what the manufacturer said on his ebay page)

Please Update your AMD Chipset Drivers and Check for BIOS Updates. Then have a look if your system is running in AHCI Mode. If it does not please have a look here how to: http://www.deskmodder.de/wiki/index.php/AHCI_nach_der_Installation_von_Windows_10_aktivieren

It doesnt matter if you using a HDD or a SSD. AHCI is the most recommend Mode when you are not using RAID. Maybe your System is running in IDE Mode.

Use CPU-Z X64 to check which Mainboard and Model you are using to search for Bios Updates.

I would also make sure that the game is actually using your dedicated Nvidia 750. As it could be using the integrated graphics which is part of the CPU. The integrated graphics in that APU is capable of running the game but you will have a low framerate.

F**** yes...you`re right! I forgot. This really could be
