So for ages the german team leader has had a cap. But it sounds like a helmet when shot. The plink sound. But russians and japanese with hates dont have this noise.

Dug through the files and found that the german commanders are missing this line from their UC file.

bHeadGearIsHelmet=false

That's what the russians and japanese have for classes equipped with hats. Small thing but easy fix. I assume that tells the game what sound effects to use when shot in the head.

Sounds like an easy fix to implement. TWI won't roll out an update just to get this little annoyance fixed.
