Is the nimand here responsible to put the IP on the Wihte list?

I do not want to be spamming but my clan wants finally to play again, normal, Red Orchestra 2.
Have already sent PM [TW] schneidzekk and still no reaction.

I am the owner of Russian server frontCCCP 24/7 Campaign-TE (RUS hard)> www.ro2.su which works since 2013, and had the status of the ranking server ip address 95.31.37.30 but now I was forced to change the seat of the server and change its ip address. I applied for getting rank 16 January 2017goda address 95.165.138.169/32, but rank has not been received. Our server is in attendance in the top ten, but changing the ip address we lost the rank and all the players who asked us where the server disappeared. I ask you to help us with the rank of a new ip address. Thank you !

I just bought a server from gameservers.com so me and my clan can play some RO2 together. But trying to fill in the application form I get the following error:
You can not request more than 15 IPs (/28) a time.
Game server providers can request larger subnets @ whitelist @ tripwireinteractive. com
Do not request dynamic IPs/CIDRs!
The CIDR is 108.61.98.0/24. And the IP+port is 108.61.98.164:7777
Does anybody have any ideas as to how i can fix this? What can I do to get a ranked server? Is the problem with gameservers.com?

I managed to submit a request with the CIDR 108.61.98.164/32 7 days ago, but server is unranked. Can somebody from the tripwire team please have a look? Thank a lot in advance.

Has TWI given up on this game at this point? It's been almost a month and I haven't had a reply from both Yoshiro and schneidzekk to my PMs and server is still just sitting there.
Since less and less people play this game now, maybe it will be a good idea to get rid of Ranked server requirement to earning progress to anything in the game

Hello! My friend and I have recently applied for a ranked server but when the server goes online, it's ranked for the first few seconds but then goes unranked. Anyone know what's wrong?

After a couple years of service and battles on RO2/RS1, we had to change our subnet due to a move to a more powerful server box and would like to get our server back ranked.
We submit our whitelist request already a while ago through the official page, but until today the server remains unranked.
Could you please have a look into it?
