Server Bulk ban with Steam IDs

I've got 804 Steam IDs I'm going to ban straight off the bat. Dropping a Steam ID using Webadmin Banned IDs Unique ID creates a record in the rogame.ini like this:

BannedIDs=(Uid=(A=194XXXX740,B=1XXXX62329)) - where 'X' is me protecting the name of the guilty.

So how do I convert Steam IDs into the above unique ID so I can paste the lot into the ini. I don't want to do 804 bans manually. Or am I barking up the wrong tree and should not be entering Steam IDs into the unique ID field in the first place?

1) Use one of the many Steam Id converters to turn their community profile into a steam ID
Like the STEAM ID FINDER

2) Take the number after the second colon and multiply it by 2.
Umadbro - 34118135 * 2 = 68236270
Rock-AA - 27970114 * 2 = 55940228
WowHuge - 24630640 * 2 = 49261280

3) Add to this the 0 or 1 between the two colons in the Steam Id.
Umadbro - 68236270 + 1 = 68236271
Rock-AA - 55940228 + 0 = 55940228
WowHuge - 49261280 + 1 = 49261281

4) Convert this number to an 8 digit hex number. I use windows calculator in programmer mode for this, but there are tons of websites that'll do simple conversions.
Umadbro - 68236271 -> 041133EF
Rock-AA - 55940228 -> 03559484
WowHuge - 49261281 -> 02EFAAE1

5) Append the number to 0x01100001
Umadbro - 0x01100001041133EF
Rock-AA - 0x0110000103559484
WowHuge - 0x0110000102EFAAE1


These are your MNC banable Ids.

Your gonna get a kick out this, puggy.

Aside from the VAC bans from Homefront converted to UniqueID's courtesy of LordGuido and Gusone's list (which by the way are not cheaters but general asshats that Gusone has banned from his KF servers...more power to him), the typical answer you're going to get is: "Cause as an admin, its just obvious. Anyone can tell by spectating..."

Can a script be made to convert steam ID to unique ID withut the pain of calculating all by ourselves?

Why not implementing Duckys ServerEx Feature "Ban Offline Player" into the Original WebAdmin?

It`s easy, pick Steam ID in Ban Offline Player Option, search for the Steam Profile, copy the Steam URL, put it in to www.steamidfinder.com, the generated Steam ID then needs to be put in in the Ban Offline Player Option, press Button and voila ServerEx generates the Unique ID.
