Server Ranked Server dont give achievements and no stats

I feel the same to me, but with this error:
[22655.08] Log: FHttpDownload::Tick: Timeout processing request
[22659.10] Log: FHttpDownload::Tick: Timeout processing request
[22659.10] OfficialGameServer: Downloader Error: HTTP_Error
[22659.10] OfficialGameServer: Removing ranked status: IS_RANKED_UPDATE returning FALSE
My host says he's not blocking anything, Any idea because it can be?
