Server Static Ip

Is there a way to keep ranked status without a static Ip? Currently using dynamic dns to deal with the last ip change. Not that my ip change often but would like to not have to keep applying for a ranked server every time the ip changes. Pretty sure the answer is no but just thought I would throw it out there

Ranking is based on IP address. GSPs are however an exception. They have a range of ranked IP addresses (all within their subnet). I doubt TWI will mark an ISP IP subnet range as ranked, which is what you need for your case.

In short, not possible.
