Server New Punkbuster Setting -Enforce EBL-Steam

So i discovered today in my PBBans.com Account a new featured Server Setting in the Hubflags Edit Section. Next to the Enforce External Ban List`s 1-2 there is a new option called Enforce External Ban List-Steam. Is this the same VAC Ban Feature which Tripwire implemented in one of their last Patch`s for RO2 which you needed to set in the ROGame.ini?

That's definitely what that sounds like. Looks like they might be taking a page out of TWI's book there.
