Server RO2 server keeps changing ranked status

Hello, this morning my server was ranked, but when the map changes it changes back to unranked, it comes up with: 'Removing ranked status: IP is not white listed (1369165663) but when you restart the server it comes up with: Making ranked IP is within CIDR range (0)? Then the server is ranked until the map changes.

VAC IS ON AND PUNK BUSTER IS MEDIUM.

I take it you have applied for the ranking with TWI ?

Otherwise what's probably happening is the server is loosing connection with the server that holds all the ranking info. So your server tries to verify that it is whitelisted, cant verify it so it unranks.

Any idea what you could do to solve this problem? As the only way I have found is when you restart the server, makes it ranked again and then when you change maps it goes back to being unranked

First off did you apply for the server to be ranked with TWI. See the sticky about applications for ranking. If you have not well then that is your problem.
