That's also a Mosin Nagant. You can see the groove just before the bolt and safety, above his wrist, which the C96's stock doesn't have. Also, the shape of the stock is different.

If this pic is actually representative of the current in game models, then there's been a significant improvement since the last round of screenshots.
Or at least it's been touched up to look so.
Skin tones look better, crazy bloom seems to be under control as well (though still a bit shiny), and both shader effects and textures seem more realistic.

That picture while an in game model is likely a render from the modelling program. As it would otherwise likely have some sort of a background.

This makes me a bit worried. With such great detail, I wonder how good the hit detection will be?
If it works well, it will be incredibly awesome tho.

The sun is coming from the right, but the left side of their faces are more brightly lit than the left side where the sun is shining directly...

If you look at the edge of the faces, and also the sleeves, you will see that the sun hits the (avatars') left side much brighter. The angle is small so you only see it a bit.
