RO2 Manual gear box on vehicles

IDK if you have tried, but pplaying as a driver can be very... dull. All you have to do is press W and go in the direction that the commander wants you to go. Nothing to really keep you interested. I would love manual gearbox atleast as an alterative.

I'd have thought dodgin' and weaving avoiding incoming shots so your commander can get some good safe shoots was rewarding and interesting enough.

Any luck on this aaz? I'm really hoping tripwire eventually releases something like this on a driveable gaz. During the summer I had managed to code in gaz using a converted static mesh that you could get into, and it made noise, but it wouldn't move, mainly because I'm a bad coder

Wouldn't be surprised if they take this up in IOM, it'd be quite nice as all around feature though. Also I can't wait for more vehicles, I think adding transports like actual trucks would make the game interesting...

I really hope someone gets at least one truck out for this game. The mapping possibilities it would open up would be astounding, and once you coded one truck further trucks would require next to no new code, because unlike tracked vehicles trucks would all include basically the same things in slightly changed places.
