Yes, it always bugs me that just about every other weapon is shown or highlighted except rifles (very rarely) in any review or promo video. Its almost as if they were to show its use, it might be deemed 'boring' even though a good majority of the Japanese players will end up using one.

Looking forward to RS but I do hope the hip firing accuracy gets nerfed before release
? It's the same as in Ro2. What part of the accuracy do you want nefed, because the gun stays just as accurate.

Perhaps, but if you were to look at past and current RS promo vids and reviews (and those of ROHOS), you will see rifles take a far back seat to almost all other weapons and its hard to deny that.
However, if you are hinting at a promo featuring rifles, then I look forward to it!

Zetsumei was the victim of the TK by the reviewer. Honor Level was 0, so I was a little suspicious.

I'd like to see some medium to long range combat with bolt-action rifle to see how Rising Storm's mechanic works in this field. So far I've seen deaths around less than 50 meters, probably because the reviewer was using submachine gun which is better at closer range.

Pretty much gonna be like RO2 in the sense that it will vary by map. I remember there was a map announced early on that was basically a tiny island, you could literally walk across in a few minutes. While a map like Iwo Jima should more let rifleman have their way.
