Introducing a New Game Type for Red Orchestra 2

Just a note from the community... Within less than 24 hours of the test for CTF, the initial spawn locations and flags on spartanovka and apartments have been moved to areas that now allow for much more balanced gaming.

The reinforcements issue has also been fixed, and tk notices and apologies are also functioning correctly once again.

Nice job |DD|, you guys sure are on top of things! Can't wait to see the feedback from the community and the continuing refinement of the gametype!

I played this for the first time today and was very impressed. The maps are well layed out and for once the bots know what to do.

We got upto 16 players so the bots eventually were gone ,and it was good fun, with balanced player skill it came down to communication as to which team won.

We played through all the maps once and apart from wrehouse enjoyed them all.
The number one spawns on warehouse are terribly close to the flag and you have to spawnkill to get out with the flag which none of us enjoyed.
