same here, before i could run the game smooth but after the patch i lost around 20 fps...
The game runs better for me now, it's at 60fps more often than before.
My problem is my options menus are all blank except for graphics options. Everything else is just a blank page. HUD, Input, Sound, I can't see any of these menus. Also can't see the single player campaign mission select screen, or weapons options screen when playing online.

With my slightly aged hardware, I was running 40 to 60fps. Mostly high details with low shadows, no blur or bloom.
After patch, raised to high shadows and ultra everything else and added blur. I get an average gain of +10 fps.
Pretty good patch to me
Also never experienced any sound issue using my onboard realtek high definition audio on an asus m3a78-em

Yeah both happened to me too.Sound bug is not fixed...
...and after 3 exhausting rounds of Pavlov House in TWB server, and doing one of the best performances in my entire life of FPS gaming, my stats didn't save.
Also seems like some ppl didnt get their stats reseted.
