Alright well I found out what my problem was, Steam only accepts instant transfers from PayPal if the PayPal account has a credit card attached... but it'll take the funds from the PP account's balance and not charge the card.
... if I had a personal card I would've just used it in the first place.

It's just a colour change to show that I'm on the Break Blocks team (I assume it means tester rather than actual dev, which I am not).
It was a more bold shade of green previously, but that caused a lot of people on here to believe that I am actually a moderator.
