Is there a program/hack/method that allows me to have my desktop background image move from side to side without having to create a huge animated gif? Sort of like a TexPanner in the UnrealEd.

EDIT: Yeah, I almost forgot. I'm using Windows XP Home Edition and Window Blinds (Demo) and I have an NVidia card if that is of any importance.

Yeah, its a great movie. Really well done, and I love the homage to Platoon.

I beg to differ.
In any case, I like the movie because of what it is, not because of any possible hype that's been made about it (when I watched it the first time I hadn't even heared about it).

The funny thing is, I knew there was something "wrong" with him 10-15secs into his first appearance in the flick.
He must have been playing his role very thoroughly
