I am in the Czech Republic, which is adjacent to both Germany and Austria. AFAIK our laws don't prohibit using swatikas in games / plastic models etc., but I guess we're getting the same version of games on the shelves as the Germans do.

My desktop (posted here) has "tastefull nudity"... and noone complained (except one excited "NIPPLES!" exclamation)
