<Storm> I went to a bank to exchange some money, because see, I have been walking around with swedish currency in my backpocket for two months, forgetting to change it every time I ventured to the grand city centre.
<Storm> I walk up to a counter and threw my packet of Swedish money at the girl, muttering something about that I wanted to "exchange this here foreign money into Euro".
<Storm> The keypoint in this short monologue is that I didn't mention the origin country of the money I just gave up. I didn't give it any thought either, but as the situation developed, it all unravelled itself.
<Storm> The girl goes to some other human female, visibly examining the quality and texture of the bills on her way. They chat for a while about what seems to be the validity of the money.
<Storm> Now, at that point, I turn around and face the wall with many numbers. I read out that they buy Swedish Crowns (internationally shortened as SEK, not to be mistaken for MANSEKS) for 9.3 to 1 ratio.
<Storm> In retrospect, my 1100 SEKs would have yielded me something like 100 EUR, which is the rough equivalent of say, 140 USD.
<Storm> Now, as I slowly turn back to the counter, the human female I first mentioned reappears from nowhere holding some kind of recepie (not for pie, but for money).
