LOL, don't worry. That's Paul de Leeuw (in his younger years), a Dutch TV host. That's just his sense of humour.:D

It's all staged by the way, that kid is just part of the joke. There's a classic clip from the show "Schreeuw van de Leeuw" which shows the kid singing a song (same as in this clip) on his show, in front of the original singer (Gordon). de Leeuw then starts commenting on how the kid is a terrible singer, that's he's a loser, and starts cussing him into the ground. The kid was involved in the joke and the audience and Gordon thought he was for real (he even laughed a bit).

That's just Dutch humour, making fun of controversial stuff and break through taboos. :)

Well, first he introduces him as a huge fan of Gordon (the weird-haired guy), some of the things he says:

- "Damn, you weigh almost nothing, how are you doing it? Weight watchers?"
- "You have a big hole in your teeth, don't you? How much did your daddy beat you for that?"
- "Taste some champagne, it's just like Sprite / fizz, except you'll react a little bit weirder"
- "He looks just like a monkey"

Then when he's singing Gordon's song he says things like "man, this is horrible, jesus" and "this is costing us subscribers, don't switch channels please"

Then he walks up to him:

- "how would you rate your singing skills? it's not good at all. not at all."
- "you write me a letter, with spelling errors and all, and then you show up on our show and you can't sing at all"
- "if i were your father I'd smash even more teeth out of your mouth, and I'd be ashamed of you"
- "just look at yourself sitting there, you're a loser. you're a sick child"

etc

And then he goes on about how he has it so much better than the children in Africa, how their hand would fall off if you'd shake it because of the leprosy, etc.. :D

This was in '91 - '93, something like that.
