I'll Show You Mine If You'll Show Me Yours (Part Deux)

Here too mate, this was an exceptional case and most of the rifles were pre-sold before they landed.

As soon as they arrived they were for sale on Trade Me (local online auction site) for $300-$400. One guy even brought a whole crate then was selling them at a gun show for $500 a rifle!

Well that makes me feel a little better :D Though im still bitter about you getting to own semi-automatics and machine guns! haha, not your fault though bas :p

Hell even if we want to order from America it will add about $400 US to the cost with export/import fees and shipping, and that's if the government will even allow you to do it (don't get me started on a 2 year saga that my gunclub has been going through to get some mausers from germany)

My bloody M39

My bloody M39

I mean that literally too. There is blood pitting on the receiver. Along with actual dried BLOOD on the sight base. I didn't totally believe it either. Until I used a Heme stick. Which reacts to blood. The chemical turns blue when it comes into contact with blood. There is still blood on this rifle. I will never remove it. Some poor Finnish soldier was wounded or possibly killed with this rifle. Here are the pics.

The rifle...

...and the sight base.
