Kiling Floor Runtime Error and Critical Error

I am still having these issues and i have tried just about everything
i have tried..
-Verified game cache
-changed download region
-uninstalled and reinstalled
-updated Direct X
-tried running in windowed through start up options
-deleting ini files
-changing compatibility
-changing the killingfloor.ini file with [engine.engine] method
and i have uninstalled and re installed about 8 times now

any other last suggestions...?

Specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM
Card name: NVIDIA GEFORCE 610m
OS: Windows 7

anyone ever get a fix for this?? I've got the same thing here & I'm getting kind of sick of it... I either want to be able to play the game I bought, or get my money back, sadly I doubt the ladder is even an option at this point... would be nice if we could get a solution to this.
