Any way to skip intros when launching the game?

Go to your steam my games, tell it to add a shortcut to desktop.
Find that shortcut , right click - properties and add -novid to the end. that might work

You can try changing that command line to say:
"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 1250 Entry.rom
But this MAY cause the game to load without bringing up the Main Menu. We will be removing the auto-updating of the INI in the next update, but we did it this time to ensure that all INI files were updated 100% without any issues.

"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 1250 Entry.rom
Loaded a black screen, and returns to the menu after pressing escape.
"C:\Program Files\Steam\Steam.exe" -applaunch 1250 KF-Menu.rom
worked fine.

Just to make everyone aware, KF-Menu.rom is no longer supported. If it works for you, then wonderful, but in the future, it may no longer work and you will need to revert your shortcut and properly update the INI file to skip the intro(once we take out the INI override).

Instead of making a steam shortcut i suggest replacing KFintro.rom with KF-Menu.rom in KillingFloor.ini. This way it will work in Steam organically, without some external shortcuts or launch paramaters.

I had no issues with loading screens so far. Just press any button to skip and it's on.
