I posted this in someone else's thread a few days back, but the lack of replies and the red 'KF' on the title screen makes me think that denotes a solved problem, so here is my own thread. Whoopee!
I have Rising Storm/RO2 Multiplayer with the Digital Deluxe DLC and it is checked.
I have Killing Floor with both the Rising Storm DLC and the RO2 Digital Deluxe DLC and both are checked.
I have greyed-out Rising Storm characters that tell me I need to purchase Rising Storm again, despite it being installed, working, deluxe'd and DLC'd to the gunnels!
