KF I'd like to get kicked mesages instead of banned ones

I have vote kick turned on for all my servers as I can't admin them everyday.




Problem I am having, is that a player gets vote kicked out, and they get a a message saying an Admin has banned you, and then the email address of me the admin.


So I end up with some real nasty emails because so dumb kick got vote kicked out and he thinks he was banned by me forever.


So is there a mod or way to change the message so that people vote kicked out will get a message along the lines of, you been vote kicked and suspended till the end of the match ?

It would be better if you could just find people and have them admin the servers when you are away.

I think that the message is hardcoded and you cannot change it for just one server, but you can remove your email. Kick voting does not ban anyone permanently.

You can also provide no email. Or you could make an email account dedicated just for the server so it won't pop up in your daily mail.

I've been having similar issues. Only no one has blamed me for banning them permanently. Soon as I get home from this job I am doing out of town I am going to work on a way to log kick votes to the server log. This way, as server admins we can see who's placing pointless kickvotes on innocent players and deal with them directly. IE: Ban them.
