My friend of mine is getting that bug where you don't keep the exp after each match.
He already reinstall twice from scratch and did it twice with the verify cache which did not fix the problem.
He running on a mac and the problem started like 3 weeks ago as he notice he was stuck at level 4 support specialist at 2.5m jumping to 2.6m only to have to roll back to 2.5m after the match ended.
I run the server and I do not have anything whited or custom setting that would turn off perk progression.
I always get credit for my perks and he doesn't.
