Hi guys,

Have any players get the same problem as me.

I've open up steam on Mac & log into it.
After I clicked the 'Play' button for Killing floor, the intro screen for killing floor pop up but refuse to get into the actual game...

Any players faces the same problem & has any remedy for this?

Cheers

Came here to post the same issue. I don't have any launch options like Ohaim, just a fresh install, and no other programs open other than Steam. I even re-downloaded it to make sure it wasn't a corrupt file.

I'm trying to run it on a Macbook Pro with 2GB ram and OSX 10.5.8.

Any ideas?

[edit] Here's what the killingfloor.log says:

I have the same problem. But it seem, there is no Steam/Tripwire support for Mac users.

I have tried to remove the whole Steam Directory, then re-downloaded. It is updating himself, then when it's done, I install a new copy of KF.

It still doesn't work. It was ok since KF-Mac realease though :(

What's happened ? I have no killingfloor.log in my

~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/killingfloor/System/

Not working.

Not working.

I tried deleting the Folder, but it keeps on reappearing everytime I open up Killing Floor.

This is what I found in the log:

ya i had the same problem, fresh install and everything. i tryed the "-window" and it didnt work for me so i right clicked the game in my steam library and went to properties and then local files and then i clicked "verify integrity of game cache" and it found 13 files that were missing and then downloaded them and the games worked fine after that.

@chornonthecobb, in your Steam games library page, right click Killing Floor. Select "Properties." Under the 'GENERAL' tab, click 'SET LAUNCH OPTIONS...' There type "-window" without quotation marks. Click OK.

Killing Floor should now launch.

@ Everyone: KF runs on 10.7.5 Intel Core i5, however autoloading a second match crashes to desktop (CDT).

Backing out to the main menu prevents the crash. Has anyone else encountered this bug?

KF has worked fine up until a week ago. Now I'm unable to even get into the game as it immediately closes as it's trying to launch. Before you suggest it, yes I have tried everything from A to Z. I've uninstalled, re-installed, verified game cache countless times, tried windowed mode, deleted killingfloor.ini, etc etc etc. What now...
