Killing Floor on Linux - Steam Beta

I just installed steam, bought killing floor and played it for a few hours :D

It works really well, but there are some issues and not all are gfx related.
Is there a proper bugtracker for this? I can only see the windows and mac support subforum, none for linux. Or should I just report everything in "The Bug Report"?

I'd think this forum is more closely watched by the developers when it comes to bugs/ glitches regarding the Linux client:

Hey guys great job on killing floor for linux, I got it working on arch linux and kubuntu. I had problems with sound at first but that is mostly linux's crappy system for sound. I had good frame rates and it was playable after I adjusted mouse sensitivity. I will try to report any bugs I find, I hope you port RO2 to linux as well... is it possible? I know you are porting RO:OF 41-45 :D

I just wanted to buy the game on Steam, thankfully I saw the 'Low violence' text in time to not purchase the game.

I'm a German user and I'd like to get the 'real' game. Do you've any links to buy/purchase it and download it directly? Or is there anything I've to enter in my steam profile to make it possible to buy the game?

My brother told me it worked for him when he decided to set the language to English in Steam.
For me it worked with a KillingFloor.ini I downloaded. Try that file http://www.filedropper.com/killingfloor You will have to edit your favorite server manually because you have to make it write-protected. And don't forget to make it write-protected before you launch your game.

Edited too late. Sorry.
oh, erhm I didn't even buy the game yet. The message is on the website, regardless of which language I've Steam set to. I'll try a proxy server next. I also opened a bug report on Steam because to me that looks like a bug.

Apparently tripwire released a cut version for Germany, why? Did the USK refuse the rating or what happened?

Buy the UK retail version or ask a friend from outside Germany to gift the game to you ;) Same drill as always
