It's going to be rather hard as all maps use multiple files and may have shared from different maps too. Personally I would try to find the maps itself and remove them files but be careful, they may share like I said.
That will get you nowhere as you'll need a huge list of all the texture files used within the map (including models) which then you'll find, it's the same as manually doing the maps.
If you delete all of your asset files (textures/static meshes/sounds/etc) that are not music, when you load the map again in the SDK, there will be a pop-up telling you which files that map uses. It'll refer to the package name and then the specific asset name. That's pretty much all you can do to make it easier.
