I made a completely new Mutator
It filters the player by their played time (KillingFloor-Hours of steam)

Joined as level 3 but I won't get kicked after 3 messages.

What exactly does `ShowMessageTime=x` in NoobFilter.ini do? Is it how long the message is shown or how frequently (the interval, in seconds) it is shown?
