thanks a lot i thought i lost that image :]

I record with fraps to .avi then using sony vegas save a small file of about 10-20 seconds as a .mov, then "File>import>Video frames to layers" in Photoshop

crop and shrink

"File>save for web and devices"

select GIF

change quality and color settings to come to a nice looking yet low file size image

naw when you do a crop it effects the whole image, and if you go to "Image>image size..." it also effects the whole image
