Level 3 (or 4 or very close to 4) Commando

Depends which country your in. i personally can get away with playing on american servers with a ping of 250ms and 160-180ms on US/Europe servers since i am in south africa.

Should of put that in the OP, I'm from the UK and can get away with American servers.

Look into the MerFlr clan, we play alot of HoE and sometimes suicidal, to help the babbies out and shtuff, there is post of our little clan on this subsection
