PC Ammo refill does not show 4 digit

Summary: If the ammo refill costs more than 999 dosh, it Will not display it properly

Description: For example if you have an M99 AMR and you have no ammo for it and you visit the shop, the refill option Will show '105' dosh instead of 1050. If you buy a mag then it shows 100, at 2nd mag 950 which is now correct.
So the 4th digit does not show. This may happen to any high ammo cost gun.

-Buy M99 AMR
-Empty ammo
-Visit shop

Foster Parent To add to this, the grenade count on the HUD only shows a single digit. Some mods allow 10+ grenades. While TW might not care too much about changing GUI elements to support mods better, there is plenty of room to show a second digit where the grenade count is displayed.
