PC Mouse cursor not disabled when closing trader menu

This bug is also present in the current summer sideshow preview.

Reproducibility: Always

Summary: When closing the trader menu while in the change perk screen, the mouse cursor is not disabled.

Description:
  1. Open the trader menu during trading time between waves.
  2. Click change perk in upper left corner.
  3. Close trader menu by hitting exit menu or with escape.
The cursor is now stuck on the screen. Opening and closing any menu (that isn't the trader's change perk screen) fixes the cursor.
