(beta) swat "ammo vest" skill doesn't work on the 9mm but cmdo's "prepared" does
title basically. swat's "ammo vest" skill doesn't give the 9mm 30% more ammunition, but commando's "prepared" skill gives it 20% more like it says, even though they're both the exact same skill, just that swat's says "30% more ammo with perk weapons" & commando's says "20% more ammo with perk weapons".
